Federal Circuit again rejects vaccine-autism junk science claims

In another blow to junk-science litigation, the Federal Circuit has upheld the decision by the federal Court of Claims in Cedillo v. Secretary of Health and Human Services. The appeals court determined that the special master's decision rejecting a causal link between autism and vaccines administered under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 was "rationally supported by the evidence, well-articulated, and reasonable."
