Ilya Shapiro has issued a challenge to debate the subject. And the issue has spun off a separate debate, between Rick Hills and Ilya Somin, about whether American libertarians are fonder of federalism than it would make sense for them to be, which also provokes comment from both Esenberg and Shapiro.
