"Road map" on NYC 9/11 dust claims

In the litigation filed on behalf of more than 9,000 plaintiffs, Southern District of New York Judge Alvin Hellerstein has appointed Profs. Henderson and Twerski as special masters; they've picked 225 more-serious pilot cases of which six "will soon be selected for what are formally scheduled to be trials but are really a path toward settlement".
