Hans von Spakovsky and Andrew Grossman of Heritage urge him to consider agenda items that include curbs on regulation through litigation, preemption, arbitration, confidentiality of settlements, a federalist approach to med-mal, SAFETY Act (anti-terrorism equipment and liability), and bankruptcy.
