Just happened to see her name the other day. She's one of the plaintiffs in the ACLU's suit challenging the just-signed FISA Amendments Act (Public Law No: 110-261). From the lawsuit, page 29: "Nation contributor Naomi Klein has written extensively about the extension of radical free-market capitalism and the resurgence of imperial militarism following the September 11 attacks." Therefore, she will be monitored. |
