But your honor, we don’t fly commercial….

The Wall St. Journal's Law Blog has a nice posting on Dickie Scruggs' request (he must request such things because of his bail requirements) that he continue to be allowed to fly his private jet out-of-state to consult with his pro hoc vice defense attorney.
