Georgia's Daubert reforms under challenge

Plaintiff's lawyers are trying to get the Georgia courts to strike down as inconsistent with the state constitution the legislature's 2005 enactment of rules mandating court gatekeeping of scientific evidence along the lines of the U.S. Supreme Court's Daubert decision.
