Spitzer stumbles in jockey-weighing case

The New York governor, when serving as attorney general, announced the racetrack prosecution with considerable hoopla, but a Saratoga County judge has dismissed all 217 counts. The action was being handled by the office of Spitzer's successor, Andrew Cuomo.
