New featured column: "How a lawsuit almost strangled pensions"

In our newest featured column, we invited NYC attorney and former federal tax official Alvin Lurie to tell the story of Cooper v. IBM, the lawsuit that very nearly torpedoed the enormous sector of the pension business organized along "cash balance" lines. Ted also discussed the case Aug. 8.
