More Tobacco Twists And Turns
According to NLJ's Marcia Coyle, a coalition of 30 state attorneys general has petitioned the US Supreme Court to intervene in a new tobacco lawsuit. This coalition is seeking to stop the so-called 'Little Three', a triad of smaller tobacco companies not included in the Master Settlement Agreement. But read the article-- it's a fascinating, as-yet-untaken look at the whole issue.
