Gretchen Morgenson on corporate governance

For the last few weeks I've been trailing NYT Sunday columnist Gretchen Morgenson as she pushes her questionable corporate governance agenda. She's trying to inspire an army of ordinary investors, led by self-appointed shareholder activists (often representing labor unions), to push incessant corporate wars that provide fodder for Morgenson's columns.
