MIIX Insurance used to be one of the largest medical malpractice providers in the country, but now it, like many of its competitors, has entered the supervised mode called "rehabilitation" for fear of not being able to meet its obligations. What happened to all those obscene profits that the trial lawyers assure us are to be made by selling liability insurance? (Mary P.
