NJ plans rescue for med-mal insurer

MIIX Insurance used to be one of the largest medical malpractice providers in the country, but now it, like many of its competitors, has entered the supervised mode called "rehabilitation" for fear of not being able to meet its obligations. Gallagher, "Judge Orders MIIX Insurance Into State Rehab", New Jersey Law Journal, Oct. 12).
