New legal ethics blog

University of Texas law prof John Dzienkowski, Cornell law prof Brad Wendel and Berkeley (Boalt Hall) law lecturer (and practicing lawyer) John Steele have launched Legal Ethics Forum, with early posts on topics ranging from the Lynne Stewart conviction to whether Harvard's Roscoe Pound, in writing one of his best-known works, over-borrowed from an earlier author; to whether class action lawyers can use one of their own number as a representative client (according to a California appellate court, they can't).
