Latest airline class action



When customers purchase nonrefundable tickets and then fail to use them, airlines don't usually volunteer to refund them the taxes and airport fees. Reason enough for a class action, according to a Massachusetts attorney (Josh Gerstein, New York Sun, Dec. 17).
