Bad Lawyer lets us know about Cincinnati Enquirer coverage by Jim Hannah of the Kentucky disciplinary charges we discussed earlier, which apparently include an investigation into another mass-tort settlement with the local Catholic Church diocese. (For the record, I am not "anti-plaintiff"; indeed, my legal practice these days is almost exclusively with plaintiffs ill-served by their attorneys.)
