Chemerinsky as dean of new UC Irvine law school?

The name of high-profile Duke lawprof Erwin Chemerinsky is being bruited about for that post, and Thomas Lifson at American Thinker thinks he might be the perfect choice (alas) given the school's likely role as a flagship of the Left in legal academia. See Mar. 28, etc.
