Well, my week of guest-blogging here at Point of Law has come to a close. Thanks once more to Walter Olson and the Manhattan Institute for the opportunity.

Pacific Legal Foundation's Free Enterprise Project does a lot of work in the civil justice area, promoting tort policies that serve the twin goals of tort law - compensation and deterrence - without generating unjustified windfall recoveries.
