(Cleveland Plain Dealer via Adler @ Volokh, Genova, Right Angle Blog). For earlier aspects of the Ohio lead paint story, including the state legislature's clear expression of disapproval of such actions, follow this link; for background on the Rhode Island suit, this one.
P.S. A related observation, from one of Jane Genova's informants: "By where Sherwin-Williams' stock is, Wall Street is betting that no money will be won by any state or city or lost by any former lead paint company."
