Involuntary client succeeds in shedding Lerach Coughlin

The class-action firm refused to go graciously, as Ted reported Dec. 15, but a judge ruled that the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Supporting Fund, the lead plaintiff in the securities action against Halliburton, did after all have the right to choose its own counsel (Parloff, Koppel @ WSJBlog).
