Spitzer's economic proposals » January 05, 2007News bulletin: EEOC Michael Fox at Jottings of an Employer's Lawyer checks Google News and finds that 10 news headlines make it sound as if the EEOC won its recent trial of a wrongful termination case against domain registrar GoDaddy, while 6 headlines make it sound as if the agency lost. What actually happened was a not unusual occurrence -- the jury rejected the employee's underlying discrimination claim, but accepted his retaliation claim.
