Asbestos-suit impresario Fred Baron has dropped $1.7 million into Texas Democratic coffers over the past two years. Among the results: the stunning Democratic takeover of the Dallas judiciary in last month's election, with all 42 incumbent Republicans in contested races losing their seats.
