SCOTUS won't reconsider Price v. Philip Morris

The refusal of certiorari to the Illinois Supreme Court's decision to throw the case out puts an end to the illegitimate class action that resulted in a $10.1 billion judgment in Madison County, though similar cases remain pending in Massachusetts, Missouri, and Minnesota—as well as Judge Weinstein's court in the Eastern District of New York.
