Update: Bank of America class action judgment reversed

We covered the billion-dollar case Oct. 27. Howard Bashman has a roundup of links, including the California appellate court's opinion. Plaintiffs promise an appeal to the California Supreme Court, whose original ambiguous opinion in an unrelated case decades ago led to the current legal confusion.
