Alan Murray on "shareholder democracy"

The WSJ's Alan Murray writes on the coming battle for "shareholder democracy." I provide a reminder that it's really a battle to replace state with federal law, and to mandate a sort of Animal Farm democracy where some (activist, union) shareholders are more equal than others.
