Did political appointees undermine DOJ tobacco case? II



A left-leaning group succeeded in winning a harassing deposition of former Associate Attorney General Robert McCallum to see if he inappropriately interfered with the tobacco litigation, and found... nothing, according to Michael Siegel (Oct. 17), who criticizes Americans for Nonsmokers' Rights and the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids for their baseless attacks on McCallum.
