FORUM « Against Arbitration | You Knew It Was Coming » July 13, 2006Breaking: Merck wins Doherty case in New Jersey Via Lattman, the seven-person jury found for Merck on all counts. It's not a complete victory for Merck; the jury found that Merck failed to warn Ms. Doherty of risks, but held that the Vioxx did not cause her heart attack.
