Breaking: Merck wins Doherty case in New Jersey

Via Lattman, the seven-person jury found for Merck on all counts. It's not a complete victory for Merck; the jury found that Merck failed to warn Ms. Doherty of risks, but held that the Vioxx did not cause her heart attack. The jury also found no consumer fraud violation.
