Gilbert Heintz Disgorgement

Alexia Garamfalvi reports, for Legal Times, that Washington, DC firm Gilbert Heintz & Randolph has been put in severe financial peril by a $9.7 million disgorgement order upheld by a US district court, and execuetd by former Gilbert Heintz client Congoleum. Read the whole thing here.
