The GAO's SOX report: buyer beware



The GAO has a Report to the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, U.S. Senate on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. The GAO has followed the current conventional course of the SOX defenders: Things have gone too far to deny that SOX has problems, so let's try to sweep the problems into as small a corner as possible.
