Judge fines R.I. AG for contempt

The judge in the lead paint case fined Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Lynch $5,000 and held him in civil contempt for maligning paint makers in the media, in violation of the state rules of professional conduct and an earlier instruction by the judge.
