FORUM « The Joys of Respondeat Superior | Global tobacco settlement exhausted punitives » March 16, 2006Service disruptions at Overlawyered.com In response to numerous inquiries: my other website, Overlawyered.com, has been suffering outages all day (after an Instalanche from Glenn Reynolds crashed the server). Email has now been restored, after bouncing for several hours, but for the moment only the top page of the site is accessible to visitors. Update: fixed Friday morning.
