Last Tuesday the Manhattan Institute assembled a panel discussion in New York to call attention to the new report "Trial Lawyers Inc. -- Health Care". On hand were Jim Copland, who coordinates the Trial Lawyers Inc. project; Michael Krauss, law professor at George Mason and (like Jim) a contributor to this site; and Dan Troy, a former FDA general counsel now with Sidley & Austin.
