The Wall Street Journal is reporting that neither Lerach nor Weiss will face indictment over the Seymour Lazar scandal, though the Milberg Weiss firm itself (along with two senior partners) will. If so, according to the New York Times, it "could put [the firm] out of business, throw its case work in disarray and land its 120 lawyers on the street."
