Milberg Weiss probe, cont'd

A problem for prosecutors: 78-year-old entertainment attorney Seymour Lazar, who's at the center of the investigation as the one alleged to have taken referral payments from the giant class-action firm, is so seriously ill that he may have little to fear from continued refusal to cooperate.
