Forced waiver of attorney-client privilege

A task force of the New York State bar is going to look into the problem of prosecutors' increasing willingness to arm-twist defendants into giving up the privilege. For earlier coverage, see Mar. 17, Apr. 13, and Jul. 6 of last year, etc.
