The Federalist Society's New York City Lawyers chapter is sponsoring a debate next Tuesday evening, Dec. 13, on the merits of the campaign to persuade courts to seize control of school finance issues. Prof. Michael Rebell of Columbia, a leading supporter of school-finance suits, will face off against Prof. Michael Heise of Cornell.
