Alito and Warren Court reapportionment

The latest set of unfair attacks on Alito are over a 1985 essay answer criticizing the Warren Court's reapportionment decisions; this is being characterized as an opposition to the principle of "one man, one vote" or, worse, an opposition to "democracy." Professor Bainbridge refutes.
