"Using taxpayer money to sue taxpayers"

Wisconsin attorney general Peg Lautenschlager is suing the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD). Will Wilson, at AEI Federalism Project's AG Watch, describes having one of government's hands administer a ruler-slap to the other hand as a natural consequence of "AG logic".
