Clinical trials

Per Law.com, a judge has just dismissed an attempt to use the Alien Tort Claims Act to sue drugmaker Pfizer over alleged lack of informed consent in Nigerian pharmaceutical trials. The mushrooming of other litigation over clinical drug trials, however, continues apace.
