School finance suits

Now there's one in Colorado, aimed at securing a hoped-for billion dollars in court-directed tax moneys; it's being unabashedly backed by grabby provider groups including the Colorado Education Association, the Colorado Association of School Boards and the Colorado Association of School Executives.
