Jim Copland interviewed

The American Justice Partnership has launched a series of audio interviews with legal reformers. Among those facing the microphone: our own Jim Copland, who discusses his and the Manhattan Institute's "Trial Lawyers Inc. -- California" project. Others interviewed in the series, which has its own page, include Tiger Joyce of the American Tort Reform Association on "judicial hellholes", Cam Crawford and Shannon Goessling on litigation reform in South Carolina and Georgia respectively, and Marshall Manson of the Center for Individual Freedom on the asbestos trust fund. (Fixed 7/14 a few hours after posting to correct an error regarding the interview medium.)
